Challenge
The Instantpay website was originally designed for financial inclusion, with a lack of targeted content for enterprises and SME businesses. Users found it difficult to navigate and understand our full-stack banking services. The site also did not have product pages and lacked a consistent design language. How might we redesign the website to better cater to enterprises and SME businesses, enhancing usability, showcasing full-stack banking capabilities, and providing a more intuitive and engaging user experience?
Results
The redesigned website features a responsive layouts, allowing effortless browsing across different screen sizes and intuitive menus for smooth navigation. The improved information architecture and focus on showcasing full-stack banking services led to 21% increase in lead conversions and 40% increase in website views.

Learnings
